There were a few challenges with this custom garage project. One issue is ensuring the cabinet doors open even though they extend above the garage rail. This issue was solved by using sliding garage cabinet doors. They are mounted on ball bearing runners providing silky smooth functionality. Shelving is 1” thick designed for the abuse that it will be subject to in a garage environment. Optional feet were installed to allow for greater storage weight on the bottom of the cabinet.

With cracks in the floor the customer was afraid of epoxying the floor due to continuous concrete settlement. The interlocking garage floor tiles allow for easy removal should the floor continue to crack. They will always have a dry surface when a wet car is parked in the garage as the water will fall through the perforated floor tile, settle on the concrete and evaporate over a short time.
